The younger daughter of director Nikita Mikhalkov, actress Nadezhda Mikhalkova, shared an incident that occurred during the filming of the series "First Number." Her words were reported by The Voice.
As the actress recounted to reporters, she was almost boiled in a hot tub right on set.
“During the shoot, I was placed in a hot tub, and then they kept me there for a long time. I thought it was already the Day of Judgment, as I was simmering in the cauldron,” Mikhalkova stated.
Director Klim Kozinsky, who had to bring Nadezhda back to her senses along with the entire crew, explained that the issue was caused by the electronics in the jacuzzi: the program “glitched,” leading to a continuous flow of hot water.
“I couldn’t understand why she was getting redder by the second. I went over, put my hand in the tub — and burned myself. You should have heard me scream! Because of this scene, we had to fire the second director of the project,” he recounted.
Previously, it was reported that Mikhalkov has filed a lawsuit against the authorities of Ukraine due to the situation in Crimea. The director is demanding nearly 49 million rubles from Ukrainian officials for the environmental damage caused to the peninsula.
