Dyukov aims to invite Ceferin to the Russia national team's match in 2025.

The President of the Russian Football Union, Alexander Dyukov, plans to invite UEFA President Alexander Ceferin to a match of the Russian national team in 2025.

“We can invite Ceferin to a match of the national team in Russia in 2025. Obviously, we first need to agree on holding the match,” Dyukov’s words are quoted by TASS.

The Russian national team and Russian clubs have been banned from international competitions since March 2022. In 2024, the national team played five matches, winning all five with a goal difference of 26:0.
