The star of "Pirates of the Caribbean," Keira Knightley, revealed that she no longer wishes to participate in major franchises. She made this statement during an interview with The Times.
According to the actress, her feelings towards projects similar to the films directed by Gore Verbinski have been influenced by the negative impact of her participation in filming.
“It both creates you and destroys you. The most successful films were the source of my humiliation. Because of them, I was perceived as insignificant, but thanks to them, I starred in films for which I received Oscar nominations,” the actress confessed.
