American actor Alec Baldwin has sharply criticized Americans for their ignorance regarding the situation in Ukraine. This was reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
During his appearance at the Turin Film Festival, the iconic actor stated that news in the U.S. is a business, and people often have to rely on films for information.
“Americans either know nothing about climate change, about Ukraine, or they know very little. This void is partially filled by the film industry, through documentaries and feature films, but it’s nothing,” he said.
Earlier, it was revealed that legendary director Quentin Tarantino accused Baldwin of being responsible for the death of a cinematographer on set.
