Medvedev: Russia has informed the USA about the launch of "Oreshnik" to prevent conflict.

In an interview with the “Al Arabiya” channel, he noted that the notification was sent in accordance with bilateral agreements and international obligations.

Earlier, Dmitry Medvedev stated that after Ukraine was allowed to use NATO's Western weapons, the alliance entered into a war with the Russian Federation, and he did not rule out strikes by Russia on NATO military bases in Poland and Romania. The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, when asked about ATACMS strikes, said that Russia's patience would eventually run out if it were tested for too long.

On November 19, the Ministry of Defense reported that Ukraine had used American ATACMS missiles to strike deep into Russia. Two days later, the Russian army launched a strike with the new medium-range ballistic missile “Oreshnik” on the Ukrainian plant "Yuzhmash". In this regard, Vladimir Putin made a special address.
