Peskov: Adjustments to the nuclear doctrine are nearly finalized.

“(Adjustments.— "Ъ") are not yet formalized. They are already nearly articulated. They will be formalized as necessary,” said a representative of the Kremlin to TAAS.

Vladimir Putin announced the introduction of clarifications to the nuclear doctrine during a Security Council meeting on September 25. The document will specify that aggression from any non-nuclear state against Russia, supported by a nuclear power, will be regarded as a joint attack. The Kremlin called this a signal to unfriendly countries.
