Former producer of "Laskovyi Mai," Andrei Razin, expressed his outrage regarding the recent court ruling against the widow of Yuri Shatunov. He shared this with the portal mk.ru.
According to Razin, the three judges of the Krasnodar Regional Court rejected all his motions in the case concerning the rights to the artist's hit songs.
“This was not a court, but a mockery. Of course, the decision will be appealed in the coming days to the cassation instance,” he stated.
On November 21, it was revealed that Shatunov's family won the lawsuit against the producer. The court's decision granted the singer's widow, Svetlana, exclusive rights to 23 compositions, including "Belye Rozy," "Sedaya Noch," and other iconic songs.
