"Siberia" has parted ways with its strength and conditioning coach.

Vladislav Zankovets has stepped down from his position as the physical training coach for "Sibir," according to the club's press service.

“The hockey club ‘Sibir’ expresses its gratitude to Vladislav Eduardovich and wishes him success in his future career!” the statement from “Sibir” reads.

Alexey Voityuk has joined the team to replace Zankovets. The contract with the 44-year-old specialist is valid until the end of the next season.

Previously, Voityuk worked at the “Goalkeeper Mastery Hockey Academy” in Moscow, the school of HC “Spartak,” the “Avangard” system, as well as the “Omsk Wings” in the VHL.

“Sibir” has accumulated 25 points from 28 games in the current FONBET KHL championship season and is currently in ninth place in the Eastern Conference.
