The rapper, producer, and songwriter Slava Marlow (real name — Artem Gotlib) transferred ownership of his apartment in Moscow for 100 million rubles to his mother on Mother's Day. This was reported by the Telegram channel Mash.
The 25-year-old musician purchased the property, located near the Patriarch's residence on Chisty Pereulok in Khamovniki, last autumn. He frequently hosted parties there, which led to complaints from neighbors to the local police.
Afterward, the artist stopped inviting guests over and decided to surprise his mother by transferring the apartment to her on the holiday.
In August 2021, Slava Marlow made it onto the list of the most talented young musicians in the world. In an article published in GQ, he was referred to as a “wunderkind from Siberia.” Journalists noted that the hip-hop artist managed to give modern rap a completely new sound.
