CSKA extends its condolences in connection with the passing of coach Yuri Panov.
“CSKA Basketball Club expresses its heartfelt condolences to all relatives and friends of Yuri Ivanovich,” the club's statement reads.
Panov passed away at the age of 85. From 1999 to 2005, he served as the head coach of "Vityaz." Panov was the father and first coach of former CSKA forward, now president of "Pari NN," Sergey Panov.
