Fans of actor Evan Peters, renowned for his roles in "American Horror Story" and "Dahmer," have uncovered a girl who seems to be stalking the artist. Users shared their "investigation" on Peters' fan page on Instagram (social network banned in Russia; owned by Meta, recognized as an extremist organization and prohibited in the RF).
In September, an anonymous user account appeared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) under the handle Evvieandme, which translates to "Evvie and Me." The account featured a joint photo with Evan, a common practice among celebrity fans. However, as time went on, the account began posting pictures from various locations, often without the actor's knowledge that his admirer was taking his picture.
Eventually, the girl started to document nearly every move of the actor: she would "coincidentally" find herself with him at the airport or even in cities and locations where projects featuring Peters were being filmed. Concerned users managed to identify the stalker and informed the actor about who was following him closely. As of now, there have been no reports of any appeals to law enforcement, and the account has been deleted due to complaints.
Previously, it was reported that singer Lana Del Rey expressed her concerns about harassment and the intrusive behavior of paparazzi. According to the artist, the activity of tabloid journalists became unbearable following her wedding to her partner.
