Medvedev: New types of weaponry and the course of the special military operation have transformed the principles of warfare.

“The course of the special military operation has demonstrated that the principles of warfare, military tactics, and consequently, even war strategy have significantly changed with the emergence of new types of weapons,” noted Mr. Medvedev (quote from “RIA Novosti”).

“This applies to tanks, aircraft, missiles, and other weaponry,” the Deputy Chairman explained. According to him, the use of drones has also adjusted the production process of armored vehicles, as there is now a need to add protection against drone attacks to such equipment.

Previously, Dmitry Medvedev described Ukraine's use of Western long-range missiles to strike Russian territory as “crossing any red lines.”
