“The course of the special military operation has demonstrated that the principles of warfare, military tactics, and consequently, even war strategy have significantly changed with the emergence of new types of weapons,” noted Mr. Medvedev (quote from “RIA Novosti”).
“This applies to tanks, aircraft, missiles, and other weaponry,” the Deputy Chairman explained. According to him, the use of drones has also adjusted the production process of armored vehicles, as there is now a need to add protection against drone attacks to such equipment.
