Ukrainian enterprises nationalized in Crimea have been transferred to new owners.

Nationalized businesses owned by Ukrainian entrepreneurs in Crimea have been transferred to new owners, according to Vladimir Konstantinov, head of the regional parliament (State Council). Since 2022, 3,500 properties have been transferred to state ownership, with the sale of these assets contributing approximately 4.5 billion rubles to the budget.

“Businesses are operating and have begun to earn more, as the 'gray schemes' have been eliminated. Normal investors have emerged, who are engaged with the enterprises and are interested in their development,” stated “RIA Novosti” Mr. Konstantinov. According to him, the process of transferring Ukrainian enterprises into Russian ownership is providing the economy of Crimea with additional opportunities.

This summer, a new package for the nationalization of assets was developed in Crimea. It includes the assets of 110 individuals and legal entities. Among them are the properties of Arseniy Yatsenyuk and singer Jamala, who has been placed on the wanted list in Russia.
